Dyno of 2020 86 update.

Seems to have removed the torque dip.

Subaru's new direction is the e-boxer with a combination of a NA engine and an electric motor. Small turbo engines are outdated nowadays. The issue is not the performance figures, but the high fuel consumption figures. Not the usual posted values, but the real consumption figures under realistic conditions.

So, if we assume that the a next generation car will use a hybrid solution the real problem is how it will exist. The current e-boxer technology works only with a CVT. It would be a very different car from what we have now ...

We'll have to see. Maybe they'll develop a manual.

No way. From this point forward, true energy efficient cars / trucks / hybrid / full electric , are all automatics. No ifs/ands or butts.

Of course we know. The answer is buried in the previous pages - you have to dig it out yourself - :D

So we just have to find Nobody and we'll find our answer!

Does anyone know or have clues on the whereabouts of Nobody?
