Mysterious missing fuses?
https://i.imgur.com/UD1dBs5.jpg
Went to take a peak at my fuses, it seams I'm missing a few. I know its because I have a base 2015 FRS, but can someone tell me what they are? I highlighted them out. Thanks! |
Hi Lorico - must be a slow day up in Ontario - ;)
I really don't know, but, I'd venture a guess that those fuse slots are for things that were optional on your car and/or things that could be had on cars sold in other countries or it's just a generic fuse box used by many models - :) humfrz - pretty smart guy, huh! |
inhibitor is on automatics, steering lock is on push button starts, AT+B is on automatics, rr-fog is rear fog lights, I think japan and Europe uses rear fogs and im sure other places, not sure why you don't have the rear def fuse since im sure your car has a rear defrost, i think our cars only have one horn, other countries may be equipped with 2 like most vehicles, so that fuse is likely used elsewhere for second tone
not sure on the rest of them |
RR FOG my guess is the rear fog in UKDM 86s
|
Pretty sure d-op is courtesy light at the bottom of the door in some models

Inhibitor is a relay is for the autos and keeps the motor from "cranking" when the car is in anything but park or neutral, it basically by only directing power to the starter circuit in the park or neutral scenario ST CUT relay is a relay normally used to cut power to something only when the starter is engaging. IGS and STCUT I believe are on auto cars but I would have to check RR fog relay and fuse is a rear fog light lower in the bumper that we don't use in North america The rest have been answered, only one I find questionable is the missing RR DEF fuse |
