By any chance do you know if this will fit a '13 FRS or is it only the newer models?

There is no difference in terms of oil cooler placement between the older version and newer version. The difference that I can visible see is within the oil cooler adapter and -10AN fittings of the oil cooler lines. In the pictures above that Jackson racing added 2 more M22 ports to the oil cooler adapter, giving the lines a upward angle to clear the stock air box... Most I see have just 2 horizontal M22 ports. In the picture above you can see that their is still 2 horizontal ports, but I plugged them as instructed by Jackson racing.

The oil lines are different because now they have angled AN adapters to fit the new M22 port locations being used.

This was all done just to clear the new location of the stock air box on the Newer models. I don't think this matters for the older models stock air box and if the newer models have replaced their intake with an aftermarket option.

According to Jackson racing's website the NA version oil cooler sits in the center, right in front of the radiator/ac coil. The super charger version mounts side by side with the intercooler. The mounting bracket would at least be different. I am also not sure if the line lengths of the oil cooler lines would be different as well.
