I did it to my daily, Just took a 1.5K road trip to Colorado and back.

Just for noise reduction mostly. Slight air cooling effect, but mostly cause people don't want that air intake sound. Odd but eh. People want whisper quiet when are cursing at highway
The TRD intake for example does away with all that.

I think that the power is OK, maybe some day though...

Thanks for the help everybody! Today I installed the Air Duct Intake that was missing and plugged the air resonator hole... :bow:
