Does OFT v4.03 OTS tune have cold start disabled by default?
 
Easy question, but couldn't find a straight forward answer.

Does the v4.03 tunes for US - 6MT come with the cold start disabled by default?

My guess is yes?

there are ways to disable it, just look around though I didn't like the cold start, it was way too loud.

as above in V4 its disavled, but can be re enaved by editing a few tables

Why would anyone want to re-enable the cold start?

I like having my RPM's lower when starting up :)
