Nasty curb scrape

What are my options here? Is it possible to sand and spray paint somehow? I'm considering just having the bumper resprayed and adding in some new headlights while it's down. I'm very, very uncomfortable with having it removed however. I've heard way too many horror stories about things never fitting as flush as factory. Also I should mention I'm definitely getting a lip spoiler, but I'd rather not just leave it shitty and cover it up. Thanks.

Great excuse to get a lip/full body kit. I had some scratches on my car as well in the front and on the rear (rear spat area). The 5AD kit did wonders!

You are way overthinking the front bumper removal. It's cake.
I think you meant new bumper replacements. Those are hit or miss sometimes.

If it was me, I wouldn't even bother with it. If best I'll just sand it and get some touch up paint.

Cool thanks for the feedback. It's a pretty large area so what would be the best way to apply the paint? I think a brush would leave stripes.

You can get touch up paint in a spay can. Either go to the dealership and ask or Napa auto part store.

Or any automotive paint store. It's just a simple color code.

I personally wouldn't bother with it either, just find a clean bumper off a totaled car for a couple hundred bucks. I've reinstalled my bumper over 4 times and all the clips still fit perfectly snug.

Personally I've had fitment issues getting the bumper back on. It's not too bad, and if you have a friend to help you fit it back on, the chances are greatly reduced. If you do end up replacing the bumper have some spare side markers ready, the clips on those love to just pop off and never go back on.

Repair it yourself. Fiberglass Bondo? Good project. You'll scuff it again anyways
