Hankook V12 is popular

ChrisGeezy 10-25-2018 01:39 AM

Had the v12 and now on nitto 555g2. I daily with a 50mile round trip. I'm really happy with the 555 g2

why? 10-25-2018 02:19 AM

whichever 200 tw tire you can find on sale.

Depends on what you are looking for. Do you want the tires to last or do you want the absolute best traction possible?

The champiro sx2 can be found on sale at performance your I think, in long Beach for fifty bucks a tire. Not the best tire but it's plenty good for street and track if you aren't chasing times.

cool, honestly I'm usually just using it for dd, but on occasion hit up palomar mountain and back roads out east sd

The available sizes for the 555 G2 are kinda limited... no 245/40/17 or 245/35/18...

I had MPSS, which I replaced with hankook v12's. I will not be getting hankooks again.

Next, MPS4S

Totally forgot OP is on stock wheels. I went with 255/40/17 for my set up.Yeah agreed on the limited sizes. Only down fall.

The v12's weren't bad but they weren't great. The side wall was a little too soft for my taste.

I found Advan AD08 for $96. Usually too expensive, last years model.
Very nice, but not long on mileage.
Shop around.

Falken Azenis 615k+
went from the stockers to these and I love them. actually much better in the rain than I thought they would be and great in the dry obviously. also they ride a ton better than the stock as well.

DarkSideFRS 10-25-2018 06:01 PM

my proxes sport is actually very comfortable and quiet for a 240 UTQG tire.. it's actually quieter than stock! and the grip is insane
