Painted Hood Vents?
 

Has anybody painted their aftermarket hood vents (TrackSpec / Velox) to be body-colored?

Obviously MOST everybody just goes with the black, but I keep wondering if it would look better color-matched...

If anybody has a pic or two of this done, i'd greatly appreciate it. It's been hard to find photos of anybody doing it- the search results are hard to cater to the vents being painted - all sorts of vented hoods just come up, but almost nothing shows what i'm looking for.

I feel your pain, I was looking to get some Trackspec or Velox vents but now im leaning toward just buying the VIS AMS hood. I plan on painting the hood Itself like a Oxblood red to match the car and then painting the Vents a really dark Blue. Just gotta find a shop I trust, wouldn't mind posting pics once its done
