Questions about spacers for intake manifolds

Found out that ft86 is selling a spacer for the intake manifold. The spacer is said to gain some extra power. What do you guys has to say about it?

Lots of information on the forum here.

Google "intake manifold spacer, frs, ft86club" or something to that effect... maybe "crawford power blocks ft86club" and its sure to bring up multiple threads!

Worth it. Makes the car feel peppier in the 3-4k range and a nice bump in power 5500-6500. Theres a nice used set on the forum here for less than 200.

Or....you can run higher octane gas and have the same power gains....

If staying NA and not using E85 they work pretty well.
You don’t gain any peak whp might even lose 1-2 peak whp. But
You should gain roughly 6whp from 5000-6500rpm and lose about 3whp 6500+
(Disclaimer Individual gains may vary based on other mods)

And

Shows what happens on a stock car with tune, and on a modified car with tune and e85. Some pretty awesome gains on moto Mike's test.
