Help my speakers are not working

So I haven't notice until today but my doors left and right speakers are not working. I checked the fuses and I also made sure the harness on my after marker head unit were hooked up correctly. Is there something I am missing? they are after market speakers as well (kickers) please any suggestions i am frustrated from searching with no answers.

The stock head unit powers the four 4" speakers. (2 in the dash and 2 behind the seats) The 6" door speakers are powered by a small amp in the trunk.

Ok so here what I have, I have an amp in the back powering my 12 inch sub. However, I tried installing a Dual DV271BT to replace my current android head unit and once I installed it it sounded great but the two door speakers won’t make any type of sound. So I though it’s be st if I reverse my steps to see what I did wrong. So I plugged my Android head unit in and still nothing. Keep in mind I have two different harnesses for both stereos so I didn’t cut anything everything was kept just the way it was before and still nothing.

incase anyone wants to reply I somehow managed to get them to work.. I unplugged my stock amp... plugged it back in and put back the stock head unit and they worked... so I switched to my after market head unit and they work again... don’t know what did it but just an update

I'm sorry, but I don't see how this relates. Can you explain?
