Thread from wayyy back in 2012 of some initial testing we did of the JRZ RS line. Keep in mind this is 2012 and just a few months after the BRZ came out. The shocks have had a few updates since then. Scroll through for thoughts from myself and Myles.

The JRZs are good, and there are other good options too. Support is key.

Also, another option is our RCE T3 Clubsport coilovers. Built by KW and are a 3 way for about the cost of some 2 ways. User @cjd switched to those from Tein SRC this year and may have some feedback. Just another option.

@FastWhite, between @CounterSpace Garage and @Racecomp Engineering you’re getting the best suspension support you can get on this forum.

I have a set of MCS 1WNR single adjustables with 8K Swift springs all around, and they are very, very good, but they’re a lower end unit than you’re looking at or, frankly, what I would recommend for you. I love them, but will likely move to MCS double adjustables in the future so I can independently adjust compression and rebound. MCS is absolutely fantastic to work with and they’re also located in Georgia, which is a big plus for you. Vorshlag Motorsports co-developed the MCS application for our cars and have been very good to work with, so you may want to give them a call, too.

JRZ RS Pro coilovers

I absolutely agree with you. Those two are absolutely the best. The only way to top those two is to hire 25 yr racing suspension guru who only works on your car.
Can you say lottery winner, really big lottery!!!
I’m working with a few people on the east coast, I have been in contact with CSG. With MCS
I can tell you where the lowest price points are. I’m a research nerd.
I have some good prices on the TT2 MCS.
My requirements are:

It’s a DD that I AX, 2-3 track days/yr
Don’t care that much for comfort.
Tein SRC’s are nice except for the roughest rds. Which I’m currently on. Need a rebuild.
It’s an AX car
It’s an AX car that the wife is almost never in.
JRZ’ price point is a tad high, but I’d do it for the bragging rights.
I have worked with CSG a bit and have developed a loyalty to them. But they don’t really have what I’m looking for
I am NOT a National class driver. So I need to consider that.
Decisions, Decisions, Decisions

Hank
That for everyone thoughts and help.
