Side mirrors differences 2012-2016 USDM/EUDM

So I have a 2012 GT86 (EUDM) which I bought with a broken passenger side mirror (just the external plastic housing). I got an option to buy a used 2016 Scion FRS (USDM) side mirror. I'm wondering if they are the same. I assume black is the same color for both.

A couple of minutes after posting I found out USDM cars don't have power folding mirrors. So there you go I guess...
Might be some other differences but that's enough of a deal breaker for me.

I think the post 17 USM ones do as well.

You mean if I can get my hands on a Canadian 10 Series I can have defoggers in my mirrors!??!?

It's pretty likely that it's not wired for heated mirrors or turn signals in the mirrors.

Folding mirrors, turn signals, and defoggers?!?!?! Holy crap our USDM mirrors don't do anything!

Mono spec was a big fail of Scion. Even the special editions weren't totally loaded. If they offered a deluxe 86 that included every possible feature tomorrow I'd consider trading up.

And/or, it's awesome because it doesn't have a bunch of fiddly extra crap that adds cost, weight and potential, long-term reliability issues.

That's a bit of a stretch.

The market segment simply doesn't require these things.
