Est delivery date on contract
 

What is the effect of not having a delivery date on the contract?

I placed my order early June, and there is no est delivery date on the contract.
Is anyone in the same boat?

I've been told that they are obligated legally to do so, otherwise you can pull out at any time. Does taht also mean they can essentially delay my order indefinitely?

Any clues? Get the feeling the dealer is doing a dodgy on me.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered early June. Got "ASAP" in est delivery date. But don't worry too much about the dealer wants to delay your order because I don't see how the dealer would be benefited by delaying your order.

There was a thread posted by a great sales person from Toyota dealer. He mentioned if there is no est delivery date, you can withdraw your deposit anytime.

But to dealer, they are quite flexible for this kind of contact.

I can only think of the reason that a the dealer may benefit in delaying an order is that if there is another order where they make more money, they may go with that instead of yours, even if it's only a like $500 difference

im in WA and had TBC on the delivery date? Paying full price so why would they delay it. any mine has been confirmed for September build now.
