Where can you buy weaker OEM style LED plate lights?

Hi guys, been a VLEDS user for a while now but i really want weaker Lights esp for the plate area. Notice how european cars like MB have faint/gentle LED plate lights?

I understand most of those types usually have the whole housing/unit made for it.

Any leads to an LED purpose built housing for our plate lights?

Why not just get a lower wattage VLED bulb?

What about something on the bulb cover like a frost or tint spray.

Sylvanias led replacement is pretty soft looking. They're like 12 bucks a bulb though. Any auto store.

Ive been using that a while. A bulb got grounded though, but anyway i still find it a bit too strong. Esp on a white car it literally lights the whole bumper area like a smile

You might want a different color temperature then as well as something under 70 Lumens:

The Hp3 is 56 lumens and you can choose a warmer color. That way rather than 140 lumen license plate lights you get 112 lumens which is slightly less intense as well as a softer color.

LEDs are tougher on a white car, they usually come around the 4500-6000k which would dazzle on them. But I think the diode dynamics option would be best, and if you don't like it there customer service is always super chill

Echoing what FRSBRZGT86FAN said above, I got the SMD2s (24 lumens) from Diode Dynamics, and I am happy with them.
