2015 Halo FR-S, 450whp, heavily modified, 25k miles, St. Louis, MO $23,500

For sale is my 2015 Scion FR-S in Halo White. The car is adult-driven, smoke-free, garaged, and only has 25k miles. It is heavily modified, with nearly all modifications performed by Dynosty in Louisville, KY. I have well over $60k invested in the car with labor. The car has less than 2k miles since the engine build. I am asking $23,500 but the price is negotiable.
I originally built the car with the idea of it being a daily driver. Maybe it's because I am pushing 40 with a wife and kids, but I got tired of the heavy clutch and worrying about all the things that can go wrong with a modified car. I have since purchased a Triple Yellow 2017 Ford Focus ST as my daily driver. It is still stock and I am enjoying it very much. The FR-S has been garaged since, only being taken out once a week to stretch its legs. The turbo has overhead for 500whp with a new fuel pump and 3" exhaust. Some Notes: - The front bumper has the rock chips and scuffs you expect from a lowered car with 25k miles. I wish I had gotten a clear bra but hindsight is 20/20. - The car had a fight with a basketball pole in windy weather that caused a 2" dent behind the driver's door; it was fixed by Five Star Auto Body in Arnold, MO. - The car has two tune quirks that are sometimes annoying but don't affect the ability to drive the car on a daily basis. First, when turning off the car for ~15 minutes and starting it back up, it can run rough for 3-4 minutes before idling normally. This doesn't happen on a consistent basis and sometimes goes weeks without incident. The other quirk is in near-freezing weather while cruising on the highway, the car will run slightly rough for a couple of seconds, letting off and getting back on the gas fixes it. I didn't have the patience to try troubleshooting the tune remotely with Dynosty but the next owner is free to do so. - There is a tiny rip (~1/4") in the driver's seat on the left side of the torso support. - The Enkei wheels have some small rock chips around the edges but no curbing - The car has not been to the track. I estimate it would do the 1/4 mile in ~11.5 @125 with the current tune. - Some of the stock parts are included: stock differential, stock spoiler, stock gear shift knob, 'stock' T620Z turbo, etc. - If my asking price is met I will throw in an EcuTek cable/dongle and 4 stock wheels with winter tires and TPMS sensors. |

Awesome build, awesome car!
I can't help but wonder, however, why you'd be content losing almost $60,000 by selling this car. If you're worried about reliability and the clutch is too stiff, why not just have the engine detuned to a lower power level and change the clutch set up? Seems a helluva lot more reasonable than the alternative:D |
Lol yeah I know what you mean. I would prefer to sell it to someone that would enjoy it more than I do.

Is there a number you can be reached?

Speedtek - PM’d
pdes556 - I tried to PM you but it says your FT86club account isn’t accepting PM’s. |
+1 for car. I am local to Dynosty and Hal is a fantastic dude to know. Super knowledgeable and such a kind person. I wish I was able to pick this up, but my tS came first :(

I would recommend uploading pics as evidence that the motor currently in the car has those upgrades truly done.
If so, well worth the price. |
They came through. I’ll reach out this afternoon. :)

These are the pics I have. An interested buyer could always call Dynosty if they would like confirmation of what has been done. |
Price is negotiable, make me an offer. :burnrubber:

Is this still available any videos of the car?
