FS: Nameless Catted/Resonated Downpipe - New

4 Attachment(s)
I have a catted, resonated 2.5" Nameless Downpipe for sale. Perfect condition, like new. Original packaging.

Fits the Subaru BRZ, Scion FRS, and all other Toyota GT86 variants

https://shop.namelessperformance.com...rpipe-brz-frs/

Original price is $564 with the Helmholtz Resonator!

This downpipe was only attached to my BRZ long enough to evaluate the sound - maybe 50 miles of use.

I ended up going down a different road with my exhaust, so this needs to go!

Price: 350 + shipping

Do you mind elaborating on the sound? I did a full straight pipe exhaust and I got a ridiculously raspy note at higher rpms. I'm looking for a resonated pipe to eliminate that.

I have one of these with a Perrin CB and Nameless long tube header and love it. No rasp and hardly no drone. I think the rasp would be coming from your straight pipe...

I installed this downpipe after I had already gone with a cat-less header and a Perrin CB. The main difference in noise I saw with this downpipe was drone reduction. Before, at idle, I had an occasional awful drone noise that only went away once the RPMs exceeded about 1.2k. After, I never hear the drone, even inside my garage.

I have nothing but good things to say about the sound and build quality of this part.

Did the pipe increase or decrease the db level of your exhaust?

is it still available?

Iamthebatman 09-22-2018 06:56 PM

I don't think it had a major effect on overall volume level. The sound changed, improved imo, but didn't get considerably louder or quieter.

It is still available!
