P0455 & P0456 keeps returning

All stock except header/oft/e85, then recently installed the velox fuel door starvation fix and started filling up more often with VP racing fuel jugs with their typical deluxe fuel hose.

After one track day in the extreme heat, I started getting P0455. It came back a couple times and cleared it a few times. Then got P0456 once. Both are for fuel evap system I believe... It now comes back weekly and I can't find anything wrong. Other than the gas cap, could I have messed up something with the fuel pump lines or something? It was really not a huge ordeal of an install for that velox fuel door

I'd check the fuel sender again make sure it's properly seated in the tank and the lines are tightened or inserted properly. It sounds like too much of a coincidence for it it to happen after the velox fuel starvation door is installed. To install the velox fuel door don't you have to mess with the top ring on the fuel sender unit just to get it out of the tank? Make sure that seal is replaced and tightened properly with that blue mark, that's caused problems with people before. It could be temperature effecting that older seal

Ok thanks. So does that plastic gasket on the fuel access door need to be replaced each time you open the seal or something? The blue lines are damn close, but not absolutely dead on...
