I've got these coming in the mail, I've heard good things about them, plus they don't cost alot.

When I was posted to Queensland a lot of guys were using them whenever the 86 club was at Queensland Raceway.

Most people won't rebuild, but if they need to the dampener swaps out, and you retain everything else. You're better off getting a new set with new mounts at that point
