Replacement/Aftermarket Front Sway Bar Reinforcement Plate

So after dailying my car for 4 years, there are obviously some points of wear and rust (I live in the midwest).

The one component that I really want to replace (arguably not really a critical piece, mind you) is the front sway bar reinforcement plate.

Part 10 is the one in question.

The lower section facing the ground has gotten crusty and definitely bubbled/split paint.

I was wondering if anyone has found an aluminum, or better coated replacement/aftermarket component.

I've searched around, and unless my keywords are bad at finding alternatives to OEM replacements, I can't really find anything.

I know an option is to refinish them by taking off the current rust and paint, then repaint/powder coat, but I feel like these components are some of the first under chassis parts to rust out.

Anyone got a lead?

Take off stock parts, throw them in muriatic acid for an hour or two, prep for paint and then paint them. All in all you'd only be out around $30.

Will the acid remove just the rust and bubbled spots or is it going to strip most of the paint off?

Also, isn't there a specific "undercoating" type paint that would be perfect for places like this and inner fenders?

It'll take everything off.
