Do you Solo/Autox??

I have a 2005 WRX I autox , in D-stock. I am really looking into this car for my next potential autox/track car.

I am hoping it has some adequate camber adjust from the factory and a REAL LSD.

d-stock

My guess would be the SCCA catagorize it into D-stock. The spec seems similar to the ITR. I plan to run it in stock class then maybe STX.

If they release the car with a real LSD, how would the aftermarket parts makers profit :) Actually I do wonder about collusion sometimes.

Back on topic, I realize this car is not meant to be a torque machine, but I would like to see what different width rubber can be fit on it. (As long as the front A arm brackets don't degrade under the increased stress associated with more grip like the s2000s)

I would be surprised if this car falls into DS. Unless it comes in with way less power or considerably more weight than speculated, it will fit in better at CS based on power-to-weight and driveline.

Really?!? It seems to fit the DS class; Type R, IS, G35, Cobalt, Mazda 3/6 etc.

The G and IS are heavy pigs...the others are FWD...I think the FR-S will be a closer competitor to the RX8...But, who the hell knows what the SAC will decide.

I also think it would be classed with the RX-8.
Still havent found some solid info on tire width yet:sigh:

I would guess C stock as well. The S2000 weighs more, but has 40 more HP, and it's A-stock.
