UEL and EL header upgrade - how to know if they will pass emissions?
 

I'm in Quebec and plan to purchase an UEL or EL sometime next year. How can I tell if emissions tests will come out ok? I have read about some people putting their stock headers on before the tests, but I'm hoping to not deal with that hassle.

Also, what are the pros/cons of UEL vs EL headers? There is a big selection available.

Put it in your title that you're from QC, you might get more hits and because I have this assumption that QC is vastly different than ON when it comes to these sort of things(most people seem to post from ON).
