Yeah, it looks like the certs expired. Essentially back to http instead of https at this point, but since it has an https, your computer/phone/whatever thinks it's been redirected. Though possible that someone is trying a MITM and/or completely recreated the website, it's not particularly likely. I'm sure they'll figure it out soon.

Yes, I am experiencing this as well. It is very annoying..

It has been happening to me on my phone for months. But only started on my PC today!

Kaotic Lazagna 07-23-2018 05:02 PM

Yup, I'm getting it on everything on the site, from posting a reply, quoting a reply, or clicking on any part of the forums.

Someone forgot to pay the internet security bill.

ermax 07-23-2018 05:50 PM

It's a Let's Encrypt cert so it's free but they only last 90 days. If I had to guess the admin hasn't created an automated process to renew and install the cert and is doing it by hand and forgot to handle it.

Web Admin, renew the domain security cert.

same

Much better than getting a “your privates are not connected” notice.

Chrome's long-promised HTTP 'not secure' website warnings arrive

That change has nothing to do with this warning though. The warning is because the SSL cert expired on the 22nd. Chrome has warned about expired certs since.... forever.

Yeah this is getting annoying, my phone started throwing that error before PC browsers for some reason though. Now phone and PC are both giving the same error.
