but if you need some more cleaning power then use Optimum Power Clean (10 parts water to 1 part Power Clean) and a microfiber and you should be good. OPC (Optimum Power Clean) is great for use outside the vehicle too as a bug pre treat solution and to clean rims and tires. I believe you can purchase this from fellow user AutoAesthetica mike@autoaesthetica.com 1(716)860-6366 Also cleaning the outside is way easier when your vehicle is opti coated. |

I was just about to chime in and say for regular maintenance wiping, Cockpit Premium is easily the best selling interior product we have along with optimum protectant. I keep a bottle and a pack of micros in my car in the trunk as well. Clean, no shine, leaves it smelling fresh, more importantly - gentle.
OPC is awesome, gentle and dilutes down far past what the label says it can - it would be great for exterior and carpets and the nasty cleaning on interiors. |
What about the 303 Aerospace spray? How does it compare?

For regular light cleaning on interiors that aren't too dirty I use Garry Dean's Infinite Use Detail Juice out of a spray bottle. Excellent alternative to Cockpit Premium at a significantly lower cost. |

If you want something to dress the interior but something not shiny at all Werkstat Satin Prot is very matt. It gives the dash the lightest of sheen while providing protection from the Sun which is why we really use it. Another dressing I would recommend is the Optimum Protectant for a bit more darkness. |
Best interior cleaner is Autoglym Interior Shampoo. Light enough to wipe interiors down regularly and strong enough to clean the dirtiest interiors. Been using it for 20 years and haven't found anything that beats it. Cockpit Premium is nice for dusty, not dirty interiors.

For light dusting and weekly maint. I use a California dash duster. Been using these for years and they work great.
For light cleaning I use Megs interior detailer. Spray a bit on a cloth and wipe down plastic, hard surfaces. Follow with a dry clean cloth. Glass...I use Stoners Glass cleaner. Never have gotten my carpets dirtier than what a good vac can clean up so no help there. |
How about a scotchbrite pad and some non-acid wheel cleaner. That stuff will clean the crap off of any interior surface. And follow with 3 coats of Tuf-Shine via a HVLP sprayer with a Blue Coral topper and game over.

Nice recommendations. Any suggestions specifically for the faux leather on the door? I can see that getting nasty from my arm resting on it over the years.

i must live under a rock.. i never heard of most of these ... i gotta get out of the Walmart Aisle....

303 Aerospace is what I use. I love it. Doesn't leave a filmy residue like Armorall does
