Question for 860 owners

There's an 860 that's been on the lot at the local Toyota dealership for over a year. My FR-S got totaled recently so I stopped in to look. Without me even asking they came down drastically on the price of the 860 saying they need to get it off the lot. It's still a little more than I want to pay; I was really looking for a lightly used car when I stopped by, but it is a tempting offer. I'm wondering how much more I might be able to get them down on it. What did you pay for your 860? Full sticker? Just below? Has anyone gotten a killer deal? If I can get it down much more I'll likely buy it. I just don't want to go in to the negotiation being completely unrealistic.

Additional note: this car actually has some damage from a careless tech putting screws that were too long in to the license plate frame on the front. They went out the back of the frame and into the paint just hard enough to penetrate it. I imagine a repair on the bumper might run $1k or so, so I hope to be able to get them down on that too.

Keep in mind that even if they want to unload it there will be a bottom line that they can go to. If they already came down "drastically" there may not be much more room. On the plus side they will be receiving the 2019s soon and there may be a bit more desperation on their part to move.
What people in other regions paid is a poor indicator and could give you a false sense of value either high or low.
How much do they want for it now?

PS. You posted this in the BRZ section so may not get many 860 owners responding.

Today I learned that one can actually fuck up a license plate install.

Well, shit.

I have done it myself over the years.
Twice.
