Best looking splitters for 17 BRZ

1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys!
In the process of amassing parts together for my BRZ Facelift bumper conversion and I can’t find a splitter that I like the look of!
I love my varis one on my first ten bumper but their splitter for the facelift isn’t very exciting..
I’ll be going wide to do would love to see what you guys would recommend!
Here’s my car currently!

Step 1: Painting those raw carbon panels and doors for a less ricer look.

Step 2: Versus front to back underbody.

Uhm, if they're painted, how will people know they're carbon?

I’ll do as I please 💁🏻
The red is being red is being removed in place for a super dark grey so the carbon blends in its next stage..

I’ve seen the versus splitter but it’s just a thin sheet isn’t it? There’s no shape or depth to it stylistically?
Obviously the function is there which is appealing, but I intended to run that form of splitter aswell as something thst fills out the front end🤔

No ones gonna stop you from doing you, It's still ricey AF.

You're clearly in what I'd call the looks ahead of function category of car builder, so I'll throw you a bone.

ALL splitters if designed properly should just be a "thin sheet"

I honestly think what you're looking for is a lip, NOT a splitter.

As for difference in "style/depth" whatever the faq that means....
Both look damn near the same.

I think something like this might be more up your alley.

you should paint the circled part to match the body paint so that the body lines aren't messed up

Check my build thread out, it’s a case of form follows function, but this is a street car that sees occasional track use, not after shaving off 10000th of a second lap time, it’s all about enjoying the car in every way, but surely we’re allowed to have bits we thing look nice on the car at the same time? Otherwise everyone’s would be the same and that’s just boring :iono:

The last one is similar to the APR one that I’m looking at, waiting on my UK supplier to get back to me on a price, it’s between that and the MPH splitter so far!
Apologies on the wrong terminology, anything attached to the lower front bumper of a car her in the UK is referred to as a splitter 😬

The sarcasm was noted, evidently mine was t

Just to clarify a bit, that "thin sheet" could be as thick as ~1". If you look at an older DP, or the current LMP, DPI, even GTLM and GT3, etc., the splitter has some thickness. You want to make sure it doesn't flutter, or bend in a way you don't intend.

The current NASCAR splitter is thinner at .50" thick.
