Today was going back to work from lunch. Thought I had it in manual mode. Went to shift into 2nd and oops there it went into neutral. Accidentaly threw it back into drive while still on the gas. After work 2nd gear felt a little weird. Felt like it lost a little oomph but it could be just me over thinking it.

Putting it back into drive with the gas on wont do anything harmful, just give you some acceleration, lol.

You're just paranoid, its OK. I wouldn't do that too often though :)

Did that too, almost. Except I just let off the gas when the revs started to climb.
Actually my foot went for the clutch that wasn't there too!
LOL My daily is a MT. How's that for a contradiction!
