Tail light, fog light, license plate light not working
 

The Valenti tail light, 4th brake light, fog light, and the license plate light all suddenly not working.

For the valenti light, the signal, and brake are working. Just the running light not working.

For the fog light, the cluster indicator is working but the fog light is not working.

For the 4th brake light, when I press the brake, it works, but it wont stay on as running light.

License plate light not working.

The tail light fuse was blown. Tried my friend fuse and immediately blown as well.

What is the problem? I cant drive like this at night.

I'll venture that you have a short somewhere in your lighting system ….. daaaa .. me.

Who messed with the lighting system?

If it was someone else, I'd take the car back to them and ask them to fix it.

If it was you, I'd suggest you start with the last light you messed with and look for a bare wire.

Are you using the Valenti relay?

No one, I had my valenti, 4th brake light, license plate light and fog light for 2 years now. nothing was touch during the mean time.

My friend were behind me yesterday and told me my tail and license plate were not working and yesterday i realize something is wrong...

I dont think i use any relay...I had valenti for 2 and half years now to be exact, and I didn't touch anything until suddenly everything is not working.

So, they could have been out for some time .. ??

What else does the circuit that keeps blowing the fuse control .. ??

You may wish to check the wiring on those items.

Bubba says to jump the blown fuse slot with a piece of baling wire …. then look for smoke and/or sparks …. there be the problem area … :D

They had been out for 2 days only. The day it ran out before I was at the gas station saw that the tail light still working.

I checked everything..everything seems ok...I am not a fan of electrical..its a mystery to me...lol

OK, I suggest you disconnect the hot wire to the tail light that is NOT working. Then put in another fuse. If it doesn't blow … then the short is in the tail light circuit that has blown the fuse.

Then chase that wire back into the harness .. looking for a bare spot.
