Also interested if willing to ship! I've been trying to find video of them blinking without the relay, but only seem to find videos with the relay installed. What does it look like without the relay?

Not sure, I left the relay in the car when I parted with it.

The blinkers will blink sporadically without the relay. You definitely need one to run it.
