Jdl turbo downpipe to OEM Over pipe

1 Attachment(s)
Got JDL turbo kit installed at rev works. I noticed that the connection between the Down pipe to the OEM Over pipe is a little off...

I remember I told jdl to not give be a 3" down pipe flange... Can anyone tell by a glance if that down pipe is 2.75 or 3"?? I'm assuming it's not 2.5 like the stock over pipe..

I'm asking here before I have to disconnect the over pipe and get an exact measurement..

Coming across this because I am buying a OP/FP and want to get the fitment right

Why can't you measure the pipe?

Wrap a piece of string or similar around the overpipe, then take that measurement and divide by 3.14.

Regardless of the measurements, is this DOWN PIPE to OVER PIPE fitment from flange to flange normal???

I'd just get the JDL overpipe and be done with it. ask them if that kit's downpipe works with any of their products

unreasonably pricey.

I just contacted them and they said the fitment I have is due to the fact that the DOWN PIPE is 2.5" and the STOCK OVER PIPE is 2.16 or so...

Now I can finally purchase an over pipe front pipe combo without doubting the fitment

lol you get their turbo kit and complain that their other pipes are pricey. good ol' internet. someone else is trying to convince me that downhill mtb is a comparable workout to cross country mtb despite the fact that climbing a hill is more difficult than going down it, because gravity

Lol idk about complaining.. and hey I was interested in spending thousands of dollars on a turbo kit that gives me ample power.... Not interested in two pipes worth a thousand... Lol I'm good... I'm picky with exhaust prices man lol

Would anybody agree that high flow cat gives a deeper rumble and catless has more of a higher pitched sound????
