Quick question for OFT

I lied it’s two.

1. Someone is selling their OFT for Subaru but on their description they aren’t sure if it can be used for a different owners vehicle after he used it on his vehicle. Can someone verify this?

2. If I were to buy this , I was going to purchase a JDL UEL Catted header , what stage tune should I do ? I’m new to all this so thanks for all the input 🙏

like @tyler_win_photo said make sure its unmarried from his car.

also what other mods do you have besides getting the UEL header on your car. I did a stage 1 if i remember cause I have a axelback exhaust , UEL header, and a air filter installed in my car.
