Custom tune with Ecutek and CALID question
I know with OFT, your car’s CALID is very important to select the correct tune. How about custom tuning with ecutek, does the CALID matter too?
|
Ecutek only permits you to flash a rom with same cal id as the stock. Only exception is (talking "euro" maps, dont know about us or international cars) 700g a00g a01 a02g are treated the same
When you are about to flash with ecutek It reminds you which calid you can flash |
I’m getting a custom tune from Delicious Tuning, so I have to let them know my CALID before they develop the tune right?

You ll make things faster that way, yes.
