What is this piece of the control arm called?

What are the names of all the pieces called in that part of the control arm? I'm getting a professional shop to fix the frame. The wheels from front to back are 1/2 off. Also getting an alignment. I was also wondering if there is any type of front subframe reinforcement for a 2014 Subaru BRZ Like this? https://ibb.co/dCKdho Thank you |
