Q300 quality

I'm thinking of this catback for my car, it has the tips I'm looking for, and it seems to be the quietest exhaust after stock one, but someone says its quality is not good, and it starts to drone after some months.
Any feedback, please?
BTW, 2018 Toyota 86 exhaust is different from previous models, as the rear bumper changes?

I like mine very quiet off throttle. a little noise before 4k then sounds nice up to red line. Ive had it about 1 and 1/2 years

I’ve heard the baffling can burn up when the exhaust gets super hot.

From the catback perspective, it shouldn't matter too much. AFAIK, it's only axle backs that don't line up correct. (Someone verify this?).

I installed my friends Q300 and it's very quiet. I drove around it for about a day and I took it off and put my back Perrin 3 Inch resonated.

It's not as high quality as the Perrin. The tips aren't aligned and there is no adjustment to get the tips aligned. The exhaust sounds exactly like stock IMO, but maybe you like a quiet ride? But if you plan to modify other components of your exhaust, the Q300 will keep noises down.

Yes, its only the axle backs from the 2013-2016 models that wont fit as the flange is different. If its a catback then it will fit just fine

Thanks to everybody, I'm planning an ACE A350 header, JDL Ultra Quiet front pipe, and I'm looking for the quietest exhuast. I love the Q300 tips (burnt and slash cut) and I want the quietest exhaust. So I restricted to Q300, HKS Legamax Sport, Greddy Supreme SP and Perrin. Latest one should be the one, but it doesn't have burnt tips...

I have the Q300. Didn't have any quality issues, aligned perfectly. I run a JDL UEL header and Catted and Resonated Nameless front/over pipe. Off throttle it is very quiet, partial throttle it is noticeable, full throttle is loud. Warm idle is as quiet as stock. Cold Start is LOUD LOUD LOUD... Embarrassingly loud...

I have noticed an increase in volume over time. I wasn't sure if that was the Nameless high flow cat or the Q300 degrading.

Edit:

Also, if you want to stay very quiet but just have the look of Burnt Ti tips. Just have a muffler shop put some after market tips on your stock exhaust.

I can also vouch for the nameless catback in your case, currently have the 3 inch with 5 inch mufflers and its perfectly suited. I would reccomend the 2.5 inch with 5 inch mufflers. I have a UEL header and the axle-back (being a 2015 I didn't have fitment issues but in your case you must buy the catback).

It sounds great on and off throttle, only gets loud when your really high in the RPM range, no drone or rattling.
