Yes, exactly, it's an 86 meet. Which is precisely why you should bring both the 86 and the Lotus.

We're all car guys/gals at heart, and a lot of us will never be able to see/afford a Lotus.

I only have one buddy and he has a BRZ.

So by your logic, no car enthusiasts at a 86 meet would like to see older classic sports cars like a Toyota MR2 or even a MGB GT because a new Hyundai SUV costs more? Okay..
