Has anyone fitted a JVC double din?
 

Tried to swap out my stock stereo (awful green lighting) for a JVC KW-R920bt, everything seemed to go well except the OEM bracket bolt holes wouldn’t line up, the whole bracket seems about 10-15mm too high, is it me, is there a workaround?
Crutchfield.com insist that the JVC fits!

Give Crutchfield a call. They may have more specific information about your car. If you didn't buy it from Crutchfield, note that they include car specific installation adapters with the sale of the unit AND installation instructions for your specific car.

Well I’m all sorted, didn’t give “Crutchfield” a chance to help, decided to sort it myself. The OEM bracket just needed a couple of extra holes drilled lowering the bracket itself, nice fit and the custom red lighting matches nicely.
