this car looks so clean and sexy. your thoughts?

iff2mastamatt 05-11-2011 05:21 PM

It has huge rims and it's low, but other than that it doesn't look too appealing. I've never been a kia fan.

Neutral_Eyes 05-11-2011 05:34 PM

I hate the hellaflush and VIP look. Kias are no exception.

VenomRush 05-11-2011 05:42 PM

really?? you guys dont find it appealing one bit?

4agze 05-11-2011 05:48 PM

korean cars have been bumping up their design and tech, I'd like to see more international track involvement.

ichitaka05 05-11-2011 05:56 PM

meh

Nothing against Kia. Just... meh

WingsofWar 05-11-2011 06:12 PM

Looks clean, I have respect for all cultures of tuned/modded cars. That Kia is not VIP, and if it did follow the VIP style path, i don't think it would look good actually.

Regardless how good the car looks, this still doesn't change my views of Kia. I believe only a small population of people will feel drawn to it. Which could lead to a movement..but as of now, that is not a revolution of style.

Matador 05-11-2011 06:21 PM

Too low. Otherwise looks good.

Ryephile 05-11-2011 06:29 PM

It's not a revolution at all, it's the same thing happening again, just with different brands.

Kia and Hyundai have another generation or two of production cycles before everyone forget their early crap cars, get dissuaded by bigger brands, and bring out hugely impressive cars so even the crabbiest naysayers have to admit they're amazing cars.

Right now, for those that are blinded by emotion and illogical baggage, Kia and Hyundai already make great cars.

As for the VIP style; beauty is in the eye of the beholder. No doubt that owner is thrilled, so kudos to them.

i don't care for it. also, i hate the tag line on that site. "form > function" is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. it's like some of the guys on a civic forum that are so determined to be "slammed" that even after they BREAK THEIR OIL PANS BY HITTING THINGS, they refuse to raise the ride height of their cars.

C-Bone 05-11-2011 06:51 PM

little too much for me

Giccin 05-11-2011 06:58 PM

Too slammed for me. Lol. Little lowered is ok. But Hellaflush is too much for me. Lol

XpLiCiT_CaShh 05-11-2011 08:16 PM

It looks like it wants to be an IS-F.

I really like the rear end, it's like an Audi but better somehow.
The side is actually very nice too. Not digging the front, grille has an ugly shape imo.
