Recently I had someone back into the front of my car! I can’t start it becase front is pushed into engine! Can I still unmarry without the start up after.

Yes as long the car have power (battery)

Car has power but after initial download the process says you have to restart the car and let it idle witch would be impossible. This is why I ask the question?

The idle part is for minimizing the "dead pedal". Not necessary for the flash to be complete. You can perfectly flash the car one day and do the idle the next day. So as long you have power you can flash it.
Since the car had an accident make sure the battery has enough charge left for the flash.
