Congrats. Now take it back to the dealer and have them take their emblem off.

I have a '15 and I think the stock lights look best.

Congratulations, spend that money on furthering your education, even if you are lucky enough that your parents are helping save them some money or let yourself walkaway with less student debt.

You live in Baltimore, that car is going to get beat as a daily driver. Just take care of it the best you can, but it is going to get beat.

15-18 year old girls will be impressed with this car. 28-35 year old women will not.

Trust me, invest in yourself, not this car.

You won't listen, but that's OK. Someone has to be the voice of reason.

Why save them money if they can afford to buy him the car AND pay for his education. It's not a BMW or Mercedes... just an FRS. He can do both, invest in himself and own the car. This is a great first car, why not just let the kid have his fun?:iono:

:thanks:

You're probably right, but I think that I -most importantly- will be impressed with the car :) I don't think I'm going to go listen because I'm 16 and ignorant; however, I appreciate your input. Thank you.

No one said you were ignorant. Perhaps there are others on here that leaned toward being a motorhead and were 16 once too. Life has lots of lessons, sometimes you have to learn them yourself.

Enjoy your car.

Plans for this car (in order):
Enkei T6S 18x8.5+35 front, 18x9.5+30 rear
Eibach Sportline Springs (1.5" drop)
Tomei UEL Headers
OFT Tablet 2.0
MXP Comp RS Catback
Seibon CSL Trunk
Valenti Tails
Valenti Reverse Light
Sard LSR Wing

Give me some input on the wheel's fitment and what tails would look best on asphalt/gray :)

The new valentis that cost $700 would be baller (all red), but expensive as hell.

Be nice to yourself and don't do staggered wheels. Hurts handling and makes tire ownership less efficient. For wheel color, I think bright silver looks best, but I'm a little biased

Congrats on the car!

Congrats. Just take your time on the mods unlike me. Ended up buying a whole bunch of stuff and then sold most of them within half a year later.
