MPSS noise help

I put my summer setup on yesterday and during drive to work this morning, I heard (and maybe felt) a noise/vibration coming from the tires at low speed...10-15 mph. The noise followed the speed of the car not the engine. They are MPSS 245/40 17 just starting their 3rd season with 8/32 tread depth and running 30 psi. I was a bit chilly out this morning if that matters. (around 40 degrees F).

The best way I can describe the noise is that it sounds like my tire(s) has a stutter issue and it's trying to say "voluptuous " but can't get the "luptuous" part out, at about a rate of 3-4 times per second at 14 mph. Thoughs?

Did it go away after a while?
Tires might have flat spotted over night in the cold?

It was still there in the afternoon on my way home. It was a 165 mile round trip so I would have thought they would've had enough time to acclimate. Also, they were stored for the winter laying down, stacked on top of one and other.
