[2/5] JACKSON RACING - Service Review
 

Bought a brand new supercharger kit and oil cooler from them because it was claimed as the most reliable FI route for track goers.

Less than 2 light track seasons later super charger fails and has to be sent in for warranty.

Jackson Racing took THREE MONTHS to replace a blower that costs $2,000.

After the replacement is approved, what's the risk to send out to the customer an off the shelf replacement while waiting for the warranty replacement?!

Bad customer service, Unresponsive to e-mails, and a sub-par product.

Probably won't order from them again.
