Push pin or screw? Driver side under panel (interior)

Anyone know what type of pin held this together. About 2yrs ago I remember it being lose and constantly falling off so I just swung it somewhere in the garage. Now, I want to replace. My foglights went out and it was a loose cable. Fixed one problem, ran into the pin issue now.
Was a push pin or screw...I have forgotten. Might it be SU003-01220? Hmmmm #youwillberememberedthingamajig |
Pretty sure it was one of those plastic rivets. I'll double check when I get to my car.
