Best TS red pin stripe for BRZ
 

Any recommendation on a similar TS red pin stripe for the front and rear bumper besides the OEM part?

OEM part is like $300+ so too much for just a stripe..

I saw the rear pintstripe at the NYAutoShow. It’s literally just a piece of tape. Idk why the rear one is so expensive. The front one I get BC it’s a moulding.

ft86speedfactory has them for like 30 bucks.

The only ones I've seen that are third party are japanparts version and the ft86speedfactory version.

The JP version is more of a pinkish-red and the FT86SF version is just red..

The OEM part is Cherry blossom red and an exact match the the USDM tS emblem and JDM STI emblem color.

either one you go with will not match the OEM one. I purchased the front and rear JP ones and am satisfied with them. At some point i'll switch to a better matching third party one if it ever becomes available.

Autozone, eBay. Oreillys. Duh.....

This is the closest I found in terms of dimensions.
Just a ton of measuring and cutting to get the rear just right.

Unfortunately no source to buy it as international dealer is a Chinese company that don't answer my e-mails!

That Color Mold KS-95 is also available on Amazon Japan and Rakuten Japan.

"Best" = pay someone to actually paint the stripe.

I would love to open my headlights and do a red pinstripe like the STi concept BRZ.

...if you speak Japanese and if they send overseas!
Just placed an order via Rakuten using Google translator but I am not sure if they'll proceed it.

Maybe one of the major vinyl manufacturers has a color that matches the OEM. I wish I had access to one of the OEM ones to compare with my swatch books...

This one Ks-95 I posted above matches perfectly the tS "red cherry" color, that's why I am trying to order it although it is thinner!
