Stock HU won't come on, just blinks

So I just got a 2014 BRZ limited. After a couple of days the stock HU stopped working. It looks like it "blinks"(if thats the correct word) on and off.
I have another BRZ 2013(a project) that the stock HU was working fine. Thinking it was the HU that was bad I switched HUs and now they are both having the same issue. In both cars! Anybody seen this before or know whats going on?? Heres a couple of pics Goes back and forth between the two. |
