If you don't want specifically carbon ones, seller blackhawkjapan has pre-painted ones on ebay in any OEM colour. Here's a link for one of them. Priced at half of the carbon ones and still look amazing. Took about 30 seconds each to install. These are the replacements, not covers. Check my instagram if you wanna see them on the car. I bought them in black.
