They were one of the first to get ABS on a production bike and a dual clutch auto on the vfr 1200 i hear

but:
since the r1's crossplane crank
s1000rr's power and complete package
new zx10r's power etc

the fireblade has been falling behind in reviews i hear, be nice to see them getting a production bike leading the technology field like they are doing in motogp

http://www.pistonheads.com/news/defa...?storyId=23536

could be interesting though - its a shame theres no RWD effort from them :(

The current Fireblade is ugly as sh*t though but definitely still a very fast bike to compete with the other I-4's!

Your hometown hero is currently 4th on the points board on the Castrol Honda. He also set the quickest lap during practice @ Monza.

As expected the four-cylinder machines were up at the front in the first free practice session at Monza. Quickest time went to Jonathan Rea (Castrol Honda) ahead of two BMWs, the Motorrad Motorsports version of Troy Corser and then Ayrton Badovini for Motorrad Italia SBK

Weird, that's what . There's nothing wrong with it but some people on this forum tend to have a really thick anti-USA vibe :iono:.

And since it wasn't obvious, I'm pretty cynical that we will see a big revival in sports cars. If anything the FT-86 is just a blip of a small back lash of sporty cars. Heck it was only a couple years back people thought the Muscle car era was going to come back. Now gas is close or at $4 a gallon in the USA and the economy is still down. I don't feel too hopeful for sports cars coming back either.

Fools. It is my opinion that the BEST made in the USA aftermarket components are equal to the best from anywhere. And the Japanese stuff is waaaaaay overpriced.

My intercooler (from Titan) is bigger and better than any Supra-specific HKS unit, for less money.

No Greddy aluminum driveshaft available for my car, so go USA.

But my wheels are from Japan and they kick serious ass, but I bought them used. New they were like $900 EACH!
