I made a bike rack for my car before the motor blew up so now the bike rack is for sale. I fabricated it myself with all thread, pipe, nuts, washers, some undercoating spray and a welder. It works well and may possibly fit two bikes depending on the bikes but I’ve never tried. Asking $200 via PayPal
