Help!! Water/methanol injection

So I’ve been wiring up my aem water/meth injection kit, not even thinking about where I’m going to put the spraying nozzle. It recommends 7-8 inches away from the throttle body and can’t be before the maf. My maf sensor is way too close to the tb is there anywhere else I can be spraying into? Does it have to be 7-8 inches away from the tb?

So I think I have mine laid out in the correct location (installed by ptuning by PO) but also my MAF sensor is definitely further away from the throttle body. I can take some pictures tomorrow if that helps

Ive heard (and this is untested) that it can be pre maf...
