I used socket head bolts. Will carry spares and check it a bunch till I'm confident it holds. May have to get some lock washers or longer bolts and nuts like you've done. Good to hear its not just me. I checked after a couple good heat cycles, but suspect this happened somewhere during the first autocross.

I tried locking nuts against each other on the studs to get some grip when installing but was hesitant to go too tight since they were copper. I tightened till the nuts started turning.

There's others that are good, i.e. Ptuning, JDL, P&L. I have a 4-1 catted P&L header (bought used for $400ish) that made a big difference in power. ACE is probably the best, but it's not the only game in town - there are other great options for way less investment.

Say you buy the ACE A350, Ecutek cable + license and the Delicious Ace tune, do you just flash this "OTS" tune like you do with OFT and that's it? Do you still need to perform pulls on the street and tune over the air for a "street tune". Or does this have to be done at a local dyno?

I'm sure the base tune is "safe" but many send data logs to get the most out of their tune.

I just finished Delicious tuning on my ACE350+Delicious Tuning flex fuel kit. Haven’t gotten a chance to get a real dyno yet but my butt dyno definitely saying this setup delivers. The difference is especially noticeable in low and midrange.

JDL is working on a 4-2-1 Long Tube EL header also...sounds like they are putting the final touches on it, and the gains have been looking very positive against their Catless UEL

You absolutely do street tuning, and that is sufficient. Dyno tuning is optional and might net additional (small) gains, but not necessary.

The initial tune given is mainly to test for safety to make sure there are no issues, leaks ect. The pulls on the street are what is used to fine tune to your particular setup to get the most out of it. He will do it until its perfect

The tune is dialed in based on logs you send back. While the logging is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged to get the most out of your setup. The revisions are not an upsell; they are included! Likewise, all hardware is also included, not an upsell, and an overpipe is also included (and mandatory!).

This is a premium header, that while offered at a premium price, also comes with premium performance, and premium support.

Does CSG offer such package? I only see one for CS400 and that doesn't include Ecutek itself.

What do mean more consistently? It runs flawless and I hammer on it nearly ever weekend at autocross or the track.
