SBD500x Spark Plugs?

Hey I'm having the SBD500x put on my 2015 Scion FRS When I called to make an appointment to get it tuned he recommended changing the spark plugs before the tune, would anyone have any recommendation as far as what would be the best spark plugs for it I see so many I don't know exactly what would be the best for it as this is sort of the last thing I want to do with the vehicle
Here's a list of what's done so far:
Fuel inj: https://www.maperformance.com/produc...-16u-02-0900-4
Fuel Pump: https://www.maperformance.com/produc...&isp_ref_pos=1
Clutch: http://www.ft86speedfactory.com/sout...aily-1764.html
Exhaust: http://www.ft86speedfactory.com/invi...l#.WornSBPwZTI
Down pipe: https://www.proimporttuners.com/part...bo-outlet.html
Turbo: https://spdbydesign.com/product/sbd5...-brzscion-frs/
I did get it with the optional pre welded oil pan
Over pipe + front pipe: https://spdbydesign.com/product/sbd-...ontpipe-combo/

As a general rule, anytime you go turbo or supercharge on an engine that's NA to begin with, you go one heat range colder on the spark plug.

the stock plug is already very cold and there are many, many modified cars running around on them

I never heard about this. I didn't do this on my SBD400x kit and I know a few guys who went thousands of miles on the stock plugs.

They're likely requesting plugs be done to rule out something simple as a point of failure. I'm sure they'd rather be tuning your car than changing your crusty plugs. I'd stay oem unless otherwise specified.
