Atmospheric Pressure Sensor

Does anyone know where this is? When I log, I'm getting really low readings, like 74kpa and the car runs like crap. I wan't to try to replace it to see if it remedies the issue.
I'm on the Vortech kit.

If memory serve correctly, the USDM cars use the CPC sensor to monitor atmo pressure. If you've repurposed the CPC sensor in EcuTek then the atmo pressure is derived from the MAP sensor I believe.

Thanks. What exactly is the CPC sensor? Where is it located? What does CPC stand for. I'm searching online and I can't get any clear info. ;/

If the atmospheric pressure is derived from the MAP, then that would mean I may have a faulty MAP if the atm pressure is off?

Are you sure there an atmospheric pressure sensor at all? I thought there is just the MAP in the inlet manifold.

The MAP also has inlet air temp and there is a outside air temp (but this only makes it as far as the dash - probably gets CAN'd across the the ECU from there).

Charcoal Purge Canister. That input is often reused on EcuTek for FlexFuel/WBO2 etc. There is an option in EcuTek to switch USDM pressure readings to "the rest of the world" setup. Some tuners may do this by default if they run tunes that may use the CPC input for FF.

US cars are different to the Euro/Aus cars. We don't have a CPC sensor so it uses the MAP sensor reading at startup.

Also, the MAP does not have Intake Air Temp. That's on the MAF sensor.

I stand corrected. Thank you. I knew there was a reason the MAF was still installed but didn’t recall what it was (I have a speed density tune and the ariflow part of the MAF is no longer connected).

Where are these terminal blocks. I can' seem to find them and these instructions from Delicious Tuning don't give you much detail!

"Use caution when connecting the auxiliary inputs to ensure the correct ECU pins are used."
